ECS Staffing and Recruitment are looking for an experienced Chef-de-Partie to join our amazing team!
Being passionate about cooking fresh food with an eye for detail, ability to work unsupervised and develop junior team members are some of the key requirements.
Ideally we are looking for a CDP with previous experience, who has a passion for serving quality food and is eager to develop and progress to the next level.
Key responsibilities:
- reporting to the Sous or Head Chef/being assisted by junior chefs;
- working in the kitchen using fresh, seasonal and local ingredients;
- preparing and plating modern British seasonal dishes.
Requirements:
- ability to work to high standards;
- good attention to detail;
- calm and focused under pressure.
