ECS Staffing and Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to join an exciting new hospitality venture. This rewarding and demanding environment will need a driven Head Chef, who is passionate about providing a fantastic experience for guests and staff alike, as well as creating a warm and welcoming family atmosphere.
We are looking for an individual to provide leadership at every level and, as a Head Chef, to be responsible for the smooth running of the venue by implementing and maintaining new company procedures and standards. What is more, the ideal candidate should have experience in leading a team and managing the daily operation of the kitchen.

- previous experience in a senior kitchen role;

- comfort working with budgets and payroll;
- managing the daily operation of the kitchen;
- strong administrative skills;
- Level Headed and a clear appreciation and understanding of other departments;
- ability to commute/relocate to Stratford-upon-Avon area.
