- previous work experience, preferably in a high quality and busy 4 or 5-star hotel environment with a genuine interest or desire to progress in hospitality;
- ability to remain calm and work under pressure;
- an up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes;
- excellent time-management abilities.
